As an NGO we're new. But the people behind it have been part of this community for years - volunteering, organising, helping, and building. We just made it official.
Our team members are no strangers to international projects - we've participated in volunteering programmes, youth exchanges, and cross-border initiatives across Europe. As an organisation, we're just getting started. Our goal is to bring Erasmus+ and other EU-funded projects home to Alūksne, creating real opportunities for local youth to connect, grow, and make an impact on an international stage.
Since the war began, we have been on the ground collecting and delivering food, medicine, clothing, and essential supplies for Ukrainian civilians and soldiers. We work hand in hand with Latvian and Ukrainian NGOs to make sure help reaches those who need it most. Every donation, every box packed, every delivery made — it counts. Because solidarity is not just a word.
From charity events to civil defence awareness, from youth inclusion to bringing generations together — we show up where it matters. We believe a strong community is built by people who care. We bridge the gap between young and old, spark conversations that matter, and create space for everyone to participate.
